How does the subscription work?
Once you choose a plan, you’ll receive a new box every month filled with books, activities, and more based on your child’s age. Plans are available for:
- Monthly Subscription: Pay as you go.
- Quarterly Subscription: Prepay for 3 months and save.
- 6-months Subscription: Prepay for 6 months and save.
- Annual Subscription: Enjoy the best value and exclusive bonuses.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed on the 19th of the month they are due.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes! You can cancel, pause, or adjust your subscription at any time through your account on our website or just contact our customer service. No questions asked!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as PayPal.

Shipping and Delivery

When will my box arrive?
FaithBuds boxes ship out on the 1st to 4th of each month. This should arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 5 working days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom and across Europe. Stay tuned—we’re working on expanding to other countries soon!
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of £2 per box for UK customers. For 3, 6 and 12 months subscriptions, shipping is included at no extra cost.
